Farmer’s Daughter Chicken Pie

Best paired with Class V


-1 Tbs Olive Oil

-1/2 red onion

-2 celery stalks

-1 large carrot

-2 chicken breasts

-2 large russet potatoes

-1 cup 35% cream

-8 oz Farmer’s Daughter

-1tsp granulated garlic

-1/2tsp chilli powder

-1/2tsp smoked paprika

-1 pie crust of your choice

-Dash of salt and pepper


Cube chicken and sear in sauté pan with vegetable oil and spices until fully cooked.

Dice carrots, celery, onions and potatoes. Add to pan with Farmer’s Daughter and simmer until potatoes are tender.

Add cream and then fill your pie crust.

Bake according to the pie crust you’ve used.
