Midnight Stout Onions

Best paired with Class V

Ingredients

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

2 large red onions, thinly sliced

2 oz. Midnight Stout

Salt

Directions

Heat oil in frying pan.

Add thinly sliced red onions and cook over low to medium heat until caramelized.

Pour in Stout to de-glaze pan. Cook until liquid has evaporated.

Season with Salt and add to your favourite steak dish.
